2. Scope of application

This legal notice regulates the conditions of access and use of the Website www.wibee.com and its contents (hereinafter referred to as the Website). Access to the indicated web as well as the use of the functionalities (hereinafter referred to as Services) and the content they offer attribute to the person complying with the condition of the USER. By browsing this Website, you (hereinafter known as the User) accept these terms of use and legal notice, committing to comply with them.

Wibee reserves the right to make unannounced changes, suspensions, cancellations or restrictions it deems appropriate on the Website, being able to change the design, layout or configuration of the Website as well as the content and services offered, along with the content of the legal notice and other conditions for use.

3. Objective

This legal notice has the objective of describing the legal conditions for access to and use of the information contained on the Website by the user and it has the goal of complying with the obligations established in the Law 34/2002 of Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

The user stays informed and accepts that access to the Website does not, by itself, constitute the beginning of a business relationship or other relationship with Wibee. To procure the services or products offered on the Website (including free services and promotions), you must use the channels provided for this purpose, which may require the acceptance of new legal conditions for purchases or privacy. In case of conflict or contradiction between the provisions of this Legal Notice with respect to the provisions of specific conditions or contracts for products or services offered by Wibee, the meaning or interpretation of the latter shall prevail.

Registered Users shall be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of their user name and password. The user shall be liable for damages and loss arising from their misuse. The user must notify Wibee of any circumstance which poses a risk of access and/or use by unauthorized third parties.

7. Duration and termination

This Legal Notice shall be valid from its acceptance by the User via their navigation through the Website for an indefinite period of time. Nevertheless, Wibee may suspend or terminate the services and the access to the Website at any time without prior notice to the User.

For the proper operation and display of the Website, with a statistical objective as well as the goal to customize our range of products and services, Wibee uses temporary files of information which the server sends to the user's computer. 10. Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation. Any dispute or question regarding the Website or these legal conditions will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.

If any of the provisions of this legal notice is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not entail the invalidity of the rest. This condition continues to be valid unless Wibee declares otherwise.
